The Conditions of Participation

By submitting the application, the participants agree to the following conditions:

• The competition is organized by Michael Lothar Wolf - Rarities - Goods Trade (hereinafter "Organizer"). Participation is free.

• Participants must have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation.

• Employees of Michael Lothar Wolf - Rarities - Goods Trade are excluded from participation.

• Only contributions that do not infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. rights to one's own picture, copyright, trademark law, general personal rights) and do not contain any other illegal content can be considered. Entries that do not meet the key points of the competition described above cannot be considered.

• In addition, no contributions will be accepted that represent other illegal, in particular discriminatory, racist, xenophobic or offensive, pornographic and/or other violations of youth protection regulations or other undesirable actions.

• By participating in the competition, the participants assure the organizer that the publication does not infringe the rights of third parties and that they are not aware of any claims by third parties regarding the submitted contributions that could conflict with this. In this respect, it exempts the organizer from all third-party claims.

• The submission of the competition entries is made exclusively by e-mail to: info@antonreicheformen.de.  The application period starts on March 2, 2023 and ends on March 31, 2023.

• The winners will be notified by email and announced on the website www.antonreichenformen.de.

• The jury's decision is final, binding on all participants and cannot be appealed.

• The prizes are sent in the form of vouchers for the web shop www.antonreichenformen.de.

• the participants grant the organizer the temporally and spatially unrestricted, non-exclusive, irrevocable and free right to use the submitted photos for advertising purposes. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to end, discontinue, interrupt or modify the competition without giving any reason if unforeseeable circumstances arise which are beyond the control of the Promoter and make it impossible for the Promoter to carry out the competition as planned .

• The legal process is excluded.
