CONTRACT CANCELLATION

Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days and generally begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can use our online form. Alternatively, you can notify us of your withdrawal, for example, by email or post.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. No reason for the cancellation is required.
After the revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will generally refund the purchase price of the items you bought from us. The refund will be issued immediately and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
